This park is situated on the top hill of Solan Mall Road. It is the most peaceful and bewitching park in Solan city. It is a good place for rejoicing, relaxing and rejuvenating.

The park is not very big but it is beautiful and located in  a fresh environment.

Structure of the park is defined below:


Wicket

 You will enter into the park through a gate/wicket, which is beautifully decorated with green shrubs.


Flag

There is a very big pole situated in the middle of the park and Indian flag is fluttered on the top of the pillar.


Swings and Benches

There are sufficient iron benches and a few swings available in the park. . 


Greenery, Flowers and Path

  Park is fully decorated with grass, trees and many types of flowers. There is a tile path to walking in the park.

 Park is provided toilet and water facilities to visitors. Park's toilets may be charged a service charge.



 Location 

 Jawahar park is situated on the top hill of the Mall Road and it is connected to the Rajgarh road by a link road.

How to Reach


(Following route is started from Kalka-Shimla National Highway)


Step-1

Take either


Step-2

Then take a turn to the Rajgarh road.


Step-3 

 After going 200 metre forward on Rajgarh road you will find a cemented link road on your left hand side, This road connects Jawahar park to Rajgarh road.


Step-4

  This road is also going to the Ganj Bazar, so don't go straight on it,you have to take another link road connected  with it in your left hand after 300 metres on major link road.


Step-5 

Finally you will find the entry gate of the Jawahar park. Enter into the park and enjoy the views of Solan from this  top hill park.
