Renuka Ji is a holy place in Hindu religion. It is the biggest natural lake (Renuka Lake)  of Himachal Pradesh. There is also the Renuka Mata  Mandir, the Bhagwan Parshuram Mandir/Taal and a zoo situated at the Renuka Ji.

Attractions of Renuka Ji


Lake 

  Renuka Lake is the most attractive thing in Renuka Ji and it is also the greatest natural  lake of the state and its 2 km periphery road attracts all.


Temples

  Ma Renuka and Shri Parshuram temples are the other attractions of the shrine.


Mini Zoo 

      Beside the lake,there is also a mini zoo, where blue bull to lions are kept.


Jamadagni Rishi

 

Jamadagni Rishi temple is a few km above  the Renuka ji. This temple is situated on the hill top.

It is a local recognition, Maa Renuka ji took shape of lake after the death of her husband i.e. Rishi Jamdagni.
